3.Tax and Billing Information: RFC, tax address, tax regime, proof of tax status, bank account information (for processing payments or issuing refunds, such as CLABE account number, bank).

4.Order and Transaction Data: Information about purchased products and services, purchase history, quote details, shipping and tracking information.

5.Website and Social Media Usage Data: If you interact with our website or social media profiles, we may collect data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited within our site, interactions (likes, comments, shares), approximate geolocation data (through IP), information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies (see section VIII).

• logistics service companies to deliver your orders. To banking institutions and payment

• processing platforms to manage collections and payments.

• To legal, accounting or tax advisors for the fulfillment of our obligations.

 

Additionally, if you do not object, we may transfer your personal data to business partners or service providers (e.g., email marketing platforms, advertising agencies) for the secondary purposes (section B), always subject to contractual clauses that guarantee the protection of your data. If you do not wish your data to be transferred for these secondary purposes,

VI. Exercise of the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO Rights)

These rights are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of your ARCO rights, you must submit the respective request through the following means:

Your application must contain and accompany the following:

1. Your full name as the data subject and an address or other means to communicate the response to your request (preferably email).

2. Documents proving your identity (copy of INE/IFE, passport) or, where applicable, legal representation of the holder (power of attorney or simple power of attorney with a copy of the grantor's identification, the attorney-in-fact, and two witnesses).

3. A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.

4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data (e.g. order number, purchase date).

5. For rectification requests, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide documentation to support your request.

Promocionales Alexa will notify you, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date on which the complete application was received, of the decision made. If appropriate, it will be effective within fifteen (15) business days following the date on which the response is communicated. The deadlines may be extended only once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it.

VII. Revocation of Consent
You may revoke any consent you may have given us to process your personal data. However, please note that we may not always be able to fulfill your request or terminate processing immediately, as we may be required to continue processing your personal data due to legal obligations. You should also bear in mind that for certain purposes, revoking your consent
will mean that we cannot continue providing the service you requested or that your relationship with us will be terminated.
To revoke your consent, you must submit your request following the same procedure described in Section VI for exercising ARCO Rights.

We recommend checking this page periodically to ensure you are up-to-date with the most recent version.

XI. Consent
